"The taxi arrived on time however there was confusion over the destination. The driver thought we were going to premier inn Birmingham but on my booking it stated premier inn burton central. He eventually agreed to take us to premier inn burton.
The driver mentioned that the cost of the taxi to burton would be £10 however I was charged £35 when I booked online. Can you advise if a refund will be provided? I do not want vouchers as I do not live in the area so will not have a need for the taxi service again. "
